| TRI Recycling provides a comprehensive Construction Waste Management program for General Contractors, Developers, Architects and Consultants who are seeking U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED and/or Austin Energy Green Building Certification.
|
We Provide:
- A Waste Management Plan which documents the objectives and goals of the project as well as where all diverted material is sent for recycling and/or reuse.
- The option of commingling construction waste into one rolloff container (optimal for job sites with limited space). Or, utilizing several rolloff containers for on-site source separation (most effective at job sites with no space constraints).
- Sorting of all commingled construction waste material (if on-site commingling option is selected).
- Transportation of all recycled material to the respective recycling facilities.
- Concise and thorough documentation supportive of LEED/Green Building Certification.
- Regular consultation with project management, job superintendents and sub-contractors to insure timely and successful results.
