TRI Recycling provides residential recycling and waste-removal services for multi-family properties and Home Owner Associations throughout central Texas.

With both the city of Austin and San Antonio having adopted zero waste goals, TRI Recycling has also transformed its recycling programs. Our programs are designed to be convenient and cost effective. We offer each property the opportunity to commingle all recyclable items into the same container. We’ll do the sorting!

Whether you’re a property manager or a resident, we’ll tailor a program that will provide results and save you money. We begin by acknowledging that variations exist in building size, property layout, resident characteristics, landscaping and trash disposal systems. One size does not fit all. So, we’ll help you answer questions like what do our residents want to recycle? What kind of containers should we use? How often should we be serviced? In general, instituting a successful recycling and reuse program requires teamwork, planning, and follow-up.
